The Face Behind The Camera

Growing up I never felt like I had a "dream job" that I looked forward to becoming one day. As a matter of fact, the only "dream job" I told my parents I wanted to be when I was little was a painter, because my dad owned his own painting company and I admired the hard work I saw my dad pour into it, and something he took pride in. Fast forward to when I was a teen you would always find me with a camera in my hand, starting with the disposable cameras, then making my way to my first basic digital Casio camera I loved, then I was on to the "big deal" my first Nikon camera I got when I was 15 years old. Then upgraded a few more times to the latest Nikon DSLR Full Frame camera.

Looking back now, I realize that photography was always my passion, what brought me happiness, freezing a moment in time to look back and cherish forever. Not only for myself, but for friends, family, and even strangers. Seeing their eyes fill up with tears when seeing the images back for the first time, made me feel like I had a purpose. It could be the last photo ever taken of your grandparent, that I captured and enhanced to bring out the truest, crispiest details and color that you can look back on for a lifetime and always remember those tiny details or one small freckle that other wise would have been forgotten.

Kelci Langley, The photographer is what I want to be known for. And I am always growing and learning to assure that I achieve the best photo I can for you and your loved ones. I will listen to what means most to you, and work with you in any way I can. I can not wait to look back years from now and see all the priceless moments I have captured. I hope that you will come along on this journey with me and enjoy it as much as I do!
